Terms of Service	Welcome! By using PetExec, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). The PetExec DEMO is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the PetExec service to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales. If you want to make commercial use of the PetExec Service, you must enter into an agreement with PetExec Inc. to do so in advance. Please contact us for more information. PetExec reserves the right to deny access to the site to any person who violates this Terms of Service. BY COMPLETING THE DEMO REGISTRATION FORM, AND CLICKING ON THE "I HAVE READ AND AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE" CHECKBOX, CLIENT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, ALONG WITH ANY CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE SUBSEQUENTLY MADE BY PETEXEC, INC., AND AGREES TO REGULARLY REVIEW THESE TERMS OF SERVICE TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE INFORMED OF ANY MODIFICATIONS AND ADHERE TO ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THESE TERMS OF SERVICE FORM A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND PETEXEC, INC., AND THAT THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES "A WRITING SIGNED BY YOU" UNDER ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. ANY RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY GRANTED HEREIN ARE RESERVED BY PETEXEC, INC. 1. Limitation of Liability PetExec makes no warranty of any kind with respect to services provided under this Agreement. CLIENT agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in the use of the service provided by PetExec Inc. In the event of any noncompliance with applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances, CLIENT agrees to hold harmless PetExec, it's officer, its agents, and its personnel from the consequences of such noncompliance. CLIENT agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PetExec, its officers, its agents, and its personnel, from any and all damages, including attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or resulting from the actions of CLIENT relative to the application and/or implementation of this Agreement. PetExec's liability for damages to CLIENT for any cause whatsoever, regardless of form of action, including negligence, shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of services purchased by CLIENT. 2. Complete Agreement. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software licensed hereunder and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by PetExec. The parties hereto confirm that they have requested that this License and all related documents be drafted in English.
